3.) Backflip off Epona while she rides into an unloaded area, then reload the area and get on her from the ground (she is partially in the ground, so you can go out of bounds).2.) Clip Epona out of bounds using broken geometry. However, that would put you too low to be useful. There are a few ways to get Epona out of bounds:.(It would be theoretically possible to load in consecutive areas until you loaded North Hyrule Field, but that was not really viable, so no setups ever did this). So you could leave Epona in the ground in North Hyrule Field and potentially go back there later to ride up to Zora's Domain. One important thing to note is that all of the Hyrule Field areas (except those directly adjacent to Castle Town) are all on the same map.Now all we needed to do was get Epona out of bounds in North Hyrule Field with a more lenient height range. Luckily, there is a ledge in North Hyrule Field that is semi-out-of-bounds that we could use to barely get to the right height range. To do this, you'd need to get Epona out of bounds and somehow gain enough height in Hyrule Field to backflip off of Epona into the loading zone to Zora's Domain. The idea was to somehow get to Iza before Lakebed so you could help her with the boomerang and get bombs. Spurred on by this looming time save, Twilight Princess scientists like Dragonbane worked hard to find a way to skip Goron Mines entirely. But overall, Fyrus Skip still managed to save around 3 minutes. Combined with the fact that you'd need bombs later in the run and didn't get them by beating Goron Mines, this lost another couple minutes to that. This means that KB2 by itself forced an extra 15 minutes-ish onto the run (citation needed). Because of this, the original Fyrus Skip Route got the bow, used Ooccoo to leave Goron Mines, and went all the way back down Death Mountain to do Fyrus Skip. Theoretically you could get to KB2 without touching Goron Mines at all, but you would not be able to beat him. Fyrus Skip was so named because it only allowed you to skip beating Fyrus at the time. The first discovery remotely related to KB2 was Fyrus Skip.At the time of launch, the only known way of getting bombs before Lakebed (assuming you don't have Master Sword at this point) was beating Goron Mines, which defeats the purpose because that requires bow.
3.) Void out in the area before KB2 (you will respawn after where you fight him and you can proceed to get the Zora Armor). There are 3 known ways to do this that were all known of before the game came out:.In order to beat the Zora Escort we need to somehow pass KB2.In order to get Zora Armor, we need to beat the Zora Escort.
